Mr. Trikha has looked after both my knees. I tore my ACL in one (multiple times) and the cartilage in both, due to many years of self inflicted rugby abuse. He has repaired my ACL and cartilages to such a level that I feel confident to play non contact sports again, to his dismay. A terrific surgeon with a wonderful personality. Would recommend him to the highest degree. GT

From the moment I met and spoke with Mr trickha I knew I was in the right place. For over 2 years I had progressive pain in the knee I had injured skiing 20 years ago. After visits to 2 national health physics therapist the latter saying I'd have to do up to 4 months intensive work at a gym, cycling and power walking before a surgeon would see me, and as just walking a bit gave me pain, I decided to go private and had a consultation with Mr trickha. After an MRI scan that showed no arthritis I was booked in for a minor op and after 2 visits to the physiotherapist, investing in an exercise bicycle, which I use for 15 minutes 3 times a week, I have no more problems with my knee! I can run down the stairs! And I can squat down low and up again in the hospice shop where I'm a manager better than others 10years my junior! Thank you Mr. Trickha!

I was in a lot of pain with my knee especially when I was walking around at work. I went to A&E as the pain got extremely bad. I was then referred to see Mr Trikha at St Peter's Hospital. I was told to have an urgent MRI which I got extremely quick. Lucky enough I didn't have to have any surgery or injections I could deal with the pain by going to physio. I have had no pain in my knee since I have seen Mr Trikha or the physiotherapist in St Peters. Mr Trikha is a fantastic consultant! I would recommend anyone to see Mr Trikha.

I had suffered with my knee locking for a few years (resulting in ambulance call outs and lots of gas and air!!) and was at a loss as to what the problem was, and was very concerned I'd need some sort of surgery. I finally went to my GP who didn't know what to do with me so I asked for a referral to a specialist. Thankfully Mr Trikha saw me within a few weeks of being referred to the NHS and I was MRI'd and with a result in a decent amount of time. Paul then referred me to a very good physio on the NHS and I haven't looked back since! No surgery needed due to Mr Trikha's quick thinking and great advice! I am back to running which was the main goal for me. I cannot fault the NHS and really appreciate all that Mr Trikha and all the staff at St Peter's Hospital have done for me.

Paul has completed a highly successful arthroscopy on my right knee. Three weeks on from the surgery and I can hardly feel any pain at all. Physiotherapy should now bring it back up to 100%. Paul does tend to rush through things in consultations, but don't be put off by this. He knows obviously his stuff and the results speak for themselves. I couldn't recommend him more highly if you are considering knee surgery.
